Great service, I used their Laptop Spa option, which cost around 125, for a full laptop service and maintenance. They’ve had a done a great job, my laptop is now fresh as new. 🙂 Expensive though, but guaranteed satisfaction. I was getting fed up of being cheated off of Sim Lim Square’s cheap low quality services, so glad I found this place.

Great shop to deal with, also the staff are good. specially the tech Niel. they upgrade my laptop just in time.

Very impressed and happy with the service provided. Professional and very knowledgeable . Put in my ASUS laptop for service on Sunday 5th June to check if anything could be done as laptop not working. ASUS service center told me nothing could be done and kept harping about the cost it might incur. Reluctantly I agreed to have the laptop thrashed. Fortunately I was advised to try DIGITAL Hospital first, which I did.Two days later the service center called me to confirm that the my laptop was ready for collection. For a princely sum of S$30. I saved S$600 for going to DIGITAL Hospital as this i what I would have spent on the cheapest laptop.. Thank you.Ms J Chong

Our laptop spoilt unable to switch ON. William with shift hands diagnose the problem and further check on the issue. Now that the problem has resolved, he is very kind that the diagnostic check is FOC!! We are very grateful with the service. Both thumbs up😀

With pick up and drop off service! Which is fantastic! They had checked my laptop and informed me that it could still be use. But is not worth fixing it and they returned the unit without charging any fees. They only charge me the transport fees. Find them helpful and honest! Thank you!

I bought a PC and I m not so sure of d setup and I brought back to Courts Guru for help. I was attended by Mr Bryan and he was super attentive and polite too, I was very happy that he helped me solved all my needs. when i am purchased the new computer from court and face some problem on instoreing software, Mr Niel was a very helpful man who help to do all the necessary set up to make me felt warmly treated by his service, make me with no doubt, he does great job…….

Excellent service. Other places asked me to wait 3 weeks for parts without actually diagnosed the laptop, and just deemed replacing the touchpad is a must. PC Dreams insisted doing a thorough diagnosis first and quote me afterward. Only needed 3 days after found out the root cause and fixed up the issues. Also helped me to clean up all the dust inside the laptop. Very happy and well recommending to anyone.
