With pick up and drop off service! Which is fantastic! They had checked my laptop and informed me that it could still be use. But is not worth fixing it and they returned the unit without charging any fees. They only charge me the transport fees. Find them helpful and honest! Thank you!

Bought an LG Gram laptop from myhalo and the service rep was really friendly and helpful in offering advice. She let me try out the laptop and I knew I had found what I was looking for in minutes. Would totally recommend them for their service, eco-friendly efforts and range of laptops and phones.

For my case, I sent my 3year-old HP laptop to repair.Firstly, they diagnose and change 1TB harddisk which cost $200. Everything was fine, just take few days to finish the job. Then it came the problem, they informed me that my wireless card was also spoiled (need extra $120 to repair) and suggested me to buy a wireless adapter ( that’s cheaper ). I’m okay with that and bought a wireless adapter. After bringing it home not more than 2hours, my screen colour turn weird(this issue never happened previously). So I returned back and they took 4DAYS to diagnose and inform me that they have to further charge me $207 after 10% discount for repairing the screen. Great, informing me one after another , causing me to waste much more money on it. What will be the next after the screen? If they have experience and knowledge, they might find all these problems in the first place when I sent to them. If they couldn’t, high chance it’s due to their carelessness during the disemble of laptop that causes all the problems.#########update13102017#########After posting this review, their staff try to contact me at the first opportunity. They provide me few choices like trade-in & refund etc. to settle the problems. So, i change my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

During the Singapore Circuit Breaker period, away from my usual place of residence, I had a last minute need to purchase a Microsoft OS PC – in order to complete a web based online course and exam. The selection and payment process is straight forward, secure and efficient. What impressed me the most was the ability to door step deliver in less than 6 hrs. The PC ( around 7 years old and basic) was pretty much as advertised, in a clean condition and has – so far – performed to requirements. A representative from Laptop Factory also contacted me, after purchase, to find out if everything was well and assured me I could approach them if I encountered any issues. I believe Laptop Factory Outlet is sincere and wants to provide a seamless pre-owned PC availability option, to a wide variety of customer needs. I recommend their service.

Our laptop spoilt unable to switch ON. William with shift hands diagnose the problem and further check on the issue. Now that the problem has resolved, he is very kind that the diagnostic check is FOC!! We are very grateful with the service. Both thumbs up😀
