The instructions given by him were clear and concise, and he also took the time to ask about the well-being of my uncle that went to the shop to inquire about the services provided. Overall, i had a really good experience with this shop and would recommend them to others who want to fix their laptops too!

For my case, I sent my 3year-old HP laptop to repair.Firstly, they diagnose and change 1TB harddisk which cost $200. Everything was fine, just take few days to finish the job. Then it came the problem, they informed me that my wireless card was also spoiled (need extra $120 to repair) and suggested me to buy a wireless adapter ( that’s cheaper ). I’m okay with that and bought a wireless adapter. After bringing it home not more than 2hours, my screen colour turn weird(this issue never happened previously). So I returned back and they took 4DAYS to diagnose and inform me that they have to further charge me $207 after 10% discount for repairing the screen. Great, informing me one after another , causing me to waste much more money on it. What will be the next after the screen? If they have experience and knowledge, they might find all these problems in the first place when I sent to them. If they couldn’t, high chance it’s due to their carelessness during the disemble of laptop that causes all the problems.#########update13102017#########After posting this review, their staff try to contact me at the first opportunity. They provide me few choices like trade-in & refund etc. to settle the problems. So, i change my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I will like to commend Sam for his patience and professional services. He took great pains to explain the problems in detail to me after a quick diagnosis. In the end he recommended a work around, and not to repair the laptop as it is not cost effective. No charges after all his hard work, unlike many other service centre who start charging even before any work is done! Digital hospital will be my defacto service center for any of my IT problems and I will definitely recommend all my friends here! Keep up the good work. 👍
