- KY Chong25/09/20It was a pleasant experience working with the customer service for my Surface Pro 4 problem. They were very meticulous in testing my tablet PC to find the root cause of the battery problem.
They even helped clean the back of the tablet (which has stained over time) without me requesting for it. Very happy when I took back my tablet PC. Well Done PC Dream team.
Thank you Mr Tan and the team. Will recommend your services.read moreread lessTony21/01/22I’m curious on their business model and profit-making ability. I bought a $1k laptop that would’ve cost 1.5K if it were bought from the company itself. I’m aware that the company buys in bulk leftover stock from the laptop companies but still a $500 markdown in price is kinda insane.read moreread less - Vincent 1717/06/22Base on the positive review here, decide to visit them.
Went down to their Sim Lim square outlet, staff attend to me was friendly and key in service record. I left my 2015 MacBook Pro with them. (Issue with my Mac, die and Unable to power on). My Mac Condition I would rate it 8.5/10.
One day later, another staff “Niel” watapp me to inform that they found out that my MacBook Pro, motherboard die and was Unable to be repair. It require motherboard replacement and its expensive, not worthwell to get the motherboard replace.
They have the policy of no fix no charge, Niel informed that they are willing to buy my MacBook for a small sum upon their manager approval. Decide to sell it to them, save the effort of going down collect and Chuck one side at home. Sum was transferred via internet banking.
I felt that their staff is honest and upfront.read moreread less
