Sent my laptop yesterday due to laptop not being able to turn on. Was believing that the motherboard has some issues and was expecting a pricey repair cost. Surprisingly, I was called up today to be informed that it is due to some unstable current discharge. It was done and checked by them and now my laptop is working perfectly fine! The best part was I am not charged a single cent. They did it for free. I am surprised by their services. Definitely knowledgeable and dependable. Would totally trust them with my laptop again! I had to have the battery on my laptop replaced (Dell XPS). I called and was attended to by “HS”, who was attentive, friendly and professional. He managed to have this done promptly, but not without checking that all was OK. We (my firm) are used to buying “pre-owned” laptops at PC Dreams (Digital Hospital’s mother company), and they have proven to be reliable and efficient, but this is another positive experience. Highly recommended!
