My laptop stopped working for around a year. It was not booting. This is my 3rd time visit in last 7yrs to digital hospital. I find digital hospital more reliable. My laptop issue was handled by Dani and Wen Jie . They understood the case well and recorded my concerns. After checking the computer well my laptop is back. My laptop had ssd drive and it was having disk error within 14 months of laptop purchase. I am satisfied with the service of digital hospital.

I am very happy to get the best service from digital hospital, especially Mr. Eugene who can solve my lenovo laptop in less than 30 minutes. Even Lenovo service center could not solve my problem and need 5-7 working days to diagnose it. My big surprise, Eugene give free of charge for his fast and excellent service. Contacted the staff to ask about purchasing some laptop screws for my laptop which I purchased a few years back. Surprisingly, they decided to give me the screws foc and even arrange for collection near my home. Great customer service.

So while I did not repair my MacBook at this shop, I’m grateful for their honesty, and would definitely give them my business in the future.

Ivan from the Bugis store is simply splendid. I had a problem with my external hard drive—it just doesn’t show up on my screen and after a quick explanation to him, Ivan manages to resolve my issue and its saved in barely 10 minutes. My laptop was water-damaged and was sent in for some repairs and cleaning. It didn’t fully recover but at least it’s usable. I was monitoring my laptop remotely while it was in the shop, they did not abuse the computers, neither did they treat them very well. It was decent.
