Update last min about my iphone X that they don’t have parts to repair/replace and was send to “apple store” the told me that it would take 14days but took more days to recover it . ask the them to call me back but they didn’t I’m so dissapointed . I hope it won’t happen again

Just install extra HDD into my Predator. 3 mins and done without any fee. A little surprise, cuz at first I go to Acer center but it is only open in office hours, and it charge me 5 bucks.

As a poly student, I was looking for a cheap and reliable laptop but was not sure which one to get. Nicholas was a great help in helping me. His expert knowledge on laptops was very helpful. He was very patient and understanding as I had very little knowledge on laptops and was asking him a lot of questions. He answered all of them very professional and gave me great advice on which one to get. He also taught me a lot on laptops, the different components and the specifications, etc…
Really friendly and helpful guy. Would definitely find him in the future if I need any more IT related advice from him.

Great service, I used their Laptop Spa option, which cost around 125, for a full laptop service and maintenance. They’ve had a done a great job, my laptop is now fresh as new. 🙂 Expensive though, but guaranteed satisfaction. I was getting fed up of being cheated off of Sim Lim Square’s cheap low quality services, so glad I found this place.

My gf and I came in for repair for our laptops, was told beforehand that it needed one day, when we got here, turned out they were really nice and were able to help us to repair it immediately and it took them really fast. Efficient and friendly 🙂 great experience, will look for them again if my laptop is spoilt again.

I’m overly impressed by the service which I received from the staff named HS. He has gone above and beyond the extra miles to solves my issues within a very short time frame tho the engineers are overwhelmed with many other jobs. His knowledge is also so commendable as he’s able to answer all my queries out of the box. To add on, as I was also looking for a tablet, he has given me the best advice on what i should get based on my requirements and the best price as well. I rarely give reviews for most services, but HS is one to be reckoned with and commended. I will give him more than 5 stars rating, if any. Thanks again, HS 😊

Two weeks ago, I was provided with excellent service at Digital Hospital, Bugis Junction, and I truly appreciate it.Jeff, who attended me at the counter, was able to identify the problem of my PC quickly. Such is his professionalism! Next day, my computer was repaired and ready. To my surprise, it was all at minimal cost including home delivery!My first visit to this service centre was in May 2018 after being informed by the manufacturer’s service centre that my then 8-year old AIO was beyond repair because there was no replacement parts. Digital Hospital repaired it within two days and the computer is still working well.It’s a trustworthy service facility and I have no hesitation recommending it.
