How does this work?
The trade-in programme allows you to trade-in your current eligible devices towards your new purchase with us at iStudio. All you will need to do is to bring down your device to any of our iStudio Retail Stores and have it assessed by our iStudio Experts who will then advise you on the trade-in value towards your new purchase.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions must be accepted in order to complete the trade-in.
- Trade-in program is provided by “PC Dreams Pte Ltd” (“PC Dreams” as part of a contracted service provided by PC Dreams to its partners, no cost to Customers.)
- Customer affirms that s/he is at least legally 18 years of age.
- “Customer” means the undersigned that is the owner of the Product or has been authorised by the owner of the Product to make decisions on the Product.
- The Trade-in Programme is provided to iStudio customers by PC Dreams as a third party company. Apple is not a party in the transaction.
- PC Dreams and iStudio reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the programme for any reason and may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The Programme is provided for lawful purposes only, to the extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to indemnify iStudio, PC Dreams, its affiliate and any of its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries or agents from and against any claims brought against any of them arising from Customer’s breach of the terms and conditions of the Programme.
